pandan.jpgI sooo love buko pandan! And one of my favorites is of Max’s Fried Chicken. My meal in Max ’s is not complete without the buko pandan. And not to mention the ice cream on top of it that will surely enhance the taste.

To those who influenced me with this, I owe you one. Actually, I can still remember the first time I ate this during one of our dinner dates of my girlfriends… it was love at first taste! hahaha!

Other than Max’s, in Cebu I’ve tasted buko pandan on these restaurants: AAs BBQ, Cafe Laguna, NeoNeo and Gudagud and the one from Gudagud did not pass my standard taste of buko pandan. Hehehe.

My next assignment: learn to make buko pandan :D
